About Intuitive Facilitation

Understanding new concepts can be difficult enough without confusing terminology and I want to give you every advantage towards your progress. The following is a list of the most common questions people ask me when it comes to my line of work.

In a physiological sense, energy is a source of fuel for our bodies; like food and water. But energy is not limited by these tactile parameters. It literally is our “capacity for doing work. Energy exists in various forms – including kinetic, potential, thermal, chemical, electrical and nuclear – and can be converted from one to another. For example, fuel-burning heat engines convert chemical energy to thermal energy; batteries convert chemical energy to electrical energy. Though energy may be converted from one form to another, it may not be created or destroyed; that is total energy in a closed system remains constant. All forms of energy are associated with motion. A rolling ball has kinetic energy, for instance, whereas a ball lifted above the ground has potential energy, as it has the potential to move if released. Heat and work involve the transfer of energy; heat transferred may become thermal energy.” (Merriam Webster’s Concise Encyclopedia)

Everyone, whether or not they admit it, wants more energy because energy powers our human existence. And whether or not they know it, people are in a constant search for cleaner, more reliable and sustainable sources of energy. (No, I’m not talking about electric power vs. nuclear). I’m talking about the energy that feeds our souls and gives us ignition to transform our ambitions, dreams and goals into reality. As people delve into the world of energy clearing and vibrational strength training, they can become more receptive of this pure, cosmic energy and learn to work in harmony with its ability to create amazing change.

Vibration is the description and actuality of what occurs when energy moves. It ranges in intensity and magnitude. Down to our very molecular make-up, we are in a constant state of vibration as atoms and molecules bounce back and forth in rhythm with one another. When it comes to healing and growth, the higher a specific energy vibrates, the better it is for you.

Spin is the description of vibrational movements that turn molecules and atoms in their designed orbits, creating structure and form to their organizational patterns. It is also a reference to how energy flows around a body – generally spinning in circular motions.

Physical energy is gathered, stored, and transferred in the foods we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe and the muscles we use. The body has an amazing capacity to use this energy for good… or bad. Physical energy comes from our connection to this earth and other people.

Spiritual energy is gathered, stored, and transferred in our thoughts, emotions, and feelings. The health of our spirits can often determine our moods and social inclinations… good or bad. We receive access to clean spiritual energy through our connection with a higher power and dark spiritual energy through connecting with a lower power.

It is important to understand that everything we do in the physical world, manifests itself in our spiritual world, and vice versa. So though our sources of energy can be gathered and used from one place or another, they are inseparably connected.

All outcomes in our lives are the result of energy in motion.  It starts with our thoughts, which incite our feelings, which encourage our actions, and produce our consequences. If you are displeased with the current state of your life, you have been living with impure energy, low vibrations and slow spin. If you are content in your life and feel peace with your decisions, you have balanced your energy well. Whether or not you understand what you’ve done, energy is the answer.
Instead of addressing a symptom of discomfort with a pill or outside source, energy healing is a method of targeting maladies that lie deep in the human psyche. It is the ability to focus in on an energetic source of pain, usually with muscle testing, and then clear it from the spiritual and physical body. There are over 80 healing modalities that I know of. In most, a healing practitioner will use their intuition to test, identify and remove energetic blocks for a client.
Intuition is a perception of what is true or real, and has no connection to conscious reasoning. Some refer to it as a “gut feeling.” It is an innate part of the mind, body, spirit connection. It can be seen as having quick insight into things that could not have been known beforehand. We all have experience with intuition. Some respond to their intuitive instincts by moving into action without thought of danger or reward. Others feel compelled to say things that seem profound and life changing to the listener. Others will hear messages inside of conversations that are not spoken and will draw those unsaid dialogues into the open. Others will reach out to physically touch something or someone when they feel it will bring comfort or understanding. One level of intuition gives people abilities to spiritually “see” energy. Each intuitive gift brings a certain level of understanding to our world and the way it works.
Intuitive Facilitation is a method refined by EnerJourney’s president and founder, LuanaLei Turetzky. At EnerJourney, a facilitator’s highest task is to assist a client in:

  1. Gaining clarity about challenges, changes and goals
  2. Identifying and understanding their own intuitive power
  3. Adjusting energy to remove impediments to meet goals and maintain order.

In the process, a facilitator identifies the energetic pitfalls, weapons and wounds that keep clients from progressing forward in their goals. Unlike other intuitives in this field, a facilitator will rarely, if ever, move energy for someone else. There are several reasons for this, but the most important is that no amount of work a facilitator does for a client could ever be as beneficial or long lasting as the work they do for themselves. This allows the client to claim accountability and draw power from their divine right to choose.

The short answer is no. The more accountable answer is that understanding where you are expending, gathering, wasting, stealing and “purchasing” your energy from can make an enormous impact on your health, relationships, finances and future. You are worth the changes you want in your life.
